Autophagia Nervosa is a term i sorta made up that would mean compulsive self-eating and would be a harsher form of morsicatio buccarum (aka. chronic cheek biting). I started thinking about it and researching it after i realised i had eaten part of my lip due to stress biting.

I started working on Gnawing (...) around late October/early November and essentially finished writing everyhting except some of the drums. After that, i stopped knowing what i wanted with it and abandoned for a few months.
During March i finished programming the drums, finished the sound design and added lyrics and vocals (forgetting that there's an unused set of lyrics lying around somewhere).
Since i felt that one song wasn't enough, i made a Noise/Ambient/Industrial thing to accompany, took a Bible verse to tie it together and there we go.
